These words find their place in his song, “The Beat of Life,”

“the beat of life, it’s what we breathe
it’s what we eat, and what we sleep
i don’t know why we keep living this way
the beat of life it’s just the way we sway

woke up one morning alarm clock is ringing
get ready for work with the blue birds singing
get in my car and start driving away
take the same old route like a every day
get to the shop and i turn on the lights
it sucks when you have to do this for your life
the beat of life, it’s what we breathe
it’s what we eat, and what we sleep…”
